STORY
Ngurra meaning camp or Country in Ngiyampaa. This artwork depicts the connection and obligations we have to our Country.
As a Ngiyampaa and Wiradjuri woman, caring for Country is fundamental to my emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as the sustainability of the land we live on.
From cultural knowledge, I continue to learn my obligations and responsibilities to caring for the land which is an endless interconnection amongst all living and non-living things.
